A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won’t remember all the important details. That’s why we provide a comprehensive computerized report, complete with annotated photographs,  to serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.

Finally, and most importantly, we don't stop serving our customers once the inspection is complete. We encourage clients to reach out to us after they have received their finalized report with any follow-up questions. We consider you a client, days, months, and years after the inspection is completed.

About Your Inspector:

Hello, my name is Steve Wolfe and I would be honored to have the opportunity to perform your home inspection. Whether you are buying or selling a home or simply want an assessment of your current property, I’m confident I can provide you unmatched, excellent service.

I have over 20 years of  experience in the building industry.  My experience ranges from hands-on construction trades to project management on multi-million dollar construction sites. I have served as a quality inspector for large-scale commercial projects ensuring contract adherence to proper structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site work building practices.

Besides my formal education and training in the home inspection industry and my years of experience in the building industry, I feel that my greatest asset is my commitment to excellence and my attention to detail.  YOU deserve no less than the very best when you select someone to do inspection work on your behalf, and that is what I promise to deliver.  My pledge is to perform careful, diligent inspection work and deliver my findings in a state-of-the-art, top-notch, professional report.  

In addition to being an Ohio-licensed building inspector, I have also served as a board member on the Ohio Public Facilities Maintenance Association and on the Southern Ohio Schools Maintenance Association and am a Level II Certified Building Operator through the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance.

In my free time,  I enjoy time with my wife Vikki, our children, and our four Irish Wolfhound dogs at our home in Georgetown, Ohio.
